I AM LOVE mini retreat
Hello beautiful souls!
You are invited to join Jacqueline Kofoed and Terra Mentz for an afternoon of sisterhood and self love. Join us for the I AM LOVE mini-retreat on February 15th, 12-4pm at Terra’s beautiful cozy home near Seal Bay.
We didn’t plan to do this right around Valentine’s Day, but it feels fitting to turn our gaze inward and remember to make ourself a priority during this time.
During this mini retreat we will:
- Sit in sacred circle with our sisters
- Tune into the shifting of the seasons and how that correlates to our own cyclical bodies
- Dance and move our bodies in gentle, nourishing ways
- Feel into the rebirth cycle that we are moving into
- Dive into the topics of “self care is health care” as well as rituals we can bring into our daily rhythm to support our love of self
- Create our own handcrafted tea and anointing oil that will be infused with our love and intentions (to take home)
- Relax into hypnotic meditation to anchor in our intentions and self love
- Raise our voices in medicine song
It is our hope and intention that you leave this retreat feeling recharged and more in love with your own beautiful body and soul.
Investment in yourself is $95. Included are the handcrafted tea and oil that you will take home, a delicious snack part way through and Terra’s nourishing tea on tap. (Please note that lunch is not included and we encourage you to eat before arriving.) Space for 15 goddesses in the circle.
